NAME: Allen Shrimpton JP.

QUALIFICATIONS: Grad Cert Road Safety. RMS Instructor 9693. Platinum Keys2drive instructor (to register for a Federally funded free lesson go to keys2drive on your search engine).

MISSION: To work with both the supervisor and the learner to achieve a Provisional driver who can make their own safe decisions.

EXPERIENCE: I have been a driving instructor since 2000. I can instruct in both AUTO and MANUAL.
I service the DUNGOG SHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
From 1988 to 1999 I worked for the RTA (now RMS) as a driver Testing Officer. I conducted over 14,000 tests. I also helped train new testing officers.
From 1999 to 2012 I worked part time for Dungog Shire Council as a Road Safety Officer.
I am a presenter of the popular DRIVE4SURVIVAL program. (for more information check out drive4survival on your search engine)
I usually do lessons in the learners vehicle and charge $50 per hour.
I am qualified to do 3 for 1 hours lessons ( up to 30 day hours).
I am respectful of all and do my best to help everyone be the safest drivers they can be.

$50 an hour for a driving lesson in your car.

A driving lesson in the vehicle mainly drive is beneficial.
Also the supervising driver is encouraged to come along and participate in the lesson. This has been shown to contribute to a lower crash risk for the learner when they get their Provisional Licence.
